For job seekers

Find real work. Pay nothing to be considered.

Every listing is verified before you see it. The worker fee is GH₵ 0 and cannot be changed. Offers come in writing, and your acceptance locks the terms.

For universities & training providers

Know where your graduates went.

Post programmes, review applicants and report placements the Ministry can count. Every decision is recorded with a reason the candidate can see.

For employers

Hire verified talent on terms that hold.

Checked credentials, a shortlist that answers you, and a contract that cannot change on arrival. What you sign in Accra is what the worker receives.

For licensed agencies

Recruit on the record. Keep your licence clean.

Attest to the ILO principles on every listing, publish pay and destination up front, and build a trust score the whole platform can see.

For MELR & embassies

See every contract, every complaint, every clock.

Worker reports start a 72-hour response clock. Contracts signed in Accra are compared with the ones handed over abroad, and violations stay on the licence file.

The story

Ghana's talent is not the problem. The missing bridge is.

Ghana produces engineers, nurses, developers and tradespeople the world is hiring. Without a safe, verified way to reach that work, families pay agents, sign contracts they cannot check, and travel on promises. BRIDGE Connect puts a verified, accountable pathway between the person and the opportunity — and charges the worker nothing.

Who it serves

One record, seven people around it.

The job seeker leads. Everyone else — the university, the employer, the licensed agency, BRIDGE's agent, the Ministry and the embassy — works from the same record, so nothing is promised in one room and changed in another.

Trust

Four rules. No exceptions.

For people who have been preyed on by fake agencies, trust is the product. Every listing, offer and contract on the platform is held to the same rules, and a worker can report a breach from their phone.

1Zero fees charged to workers — ever. The fee field on every listing is locked at GH₵ 0. A report of a fee starts a 72-hour clock.
2All compensation disclosed on the listing.Pay, contract length and destination are checked before any candidate sees the listing.
3Contract terms cannot change on arrival. The contract signed in Accra is compared with the one handed over at the site.
4Contract review before signing.Seven checks, in plain language, at no cost to the worker. Any failure sends it back.

Questions

Asked before anyone signs up.

Still unsure? The demo lets you play any of the seven roles with fictional data and nothing to register.

Does it cost anything to use BRIDGE Connect?

No. Access is free for Ghanaian users. Opportunity providers — employers, agencies, training partners — pay to be listed, which keeps the platform's incentives on the worker's side.

Who verifies the listings?

BRIDGE checks every organisation (KYB) and every listing before it is published. Agencies must hold an active MELR licence with no sanctions on record.

What happens if an agent asks me for money?

You report it from your phone. The agency's listings are suspended while a 72-hour investigation runs, and the sealed evidence goes to the Ministry, which alone can suspend a licence.

I have already travelled. Can BRIDGE still help?

Yes. Upload the contract you were handed on arrival and the embassy compares it with the one you signed in Accra. If the terms changed, the employer must restore them, with back pay.

Is my data protected?

BRIDGE Connect operates under Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012. As a Public Benefit Corporation, BRIDGE cannot monetise user data.

See it through someone's eyes.

Play a candidate, a university, a licensed agency or the Ministry through five guided scenarios.
